I was like YES! Today I rolled a joint this morning and smoked before class. It was like woooahhh but I felt like my stoner self and super proud of rolling my 2nd joint. This is house is an igloo but I have a electric blankie to defend me. I could see it now. Super girl with blankie whip. I went to a paint party on Wednesday and it was seriously like a giant orgy. Then we had to take measurement aghhhh.
But luckily its not due until this week so I definitely have time to do it. Though I have to do an essay. My journal didnt quite fit in my suitcase so I will have to enjoy the blankness of the first blog post. I am happy that I finally am here in New Zealand in Dunedin and I am super happy that I already know people and have friends. We arrived in Auckland on Sunday jet lagged and dragging.
For the next 3 days we were in a hostel in Rotorua. It was a very nice hostel, because when I think of hostel I think of crazy people and sharing bathrooms. This is probably because of Patrick but its a true account! We went to the Maori village. So fun and culture-y. I was almost jealous because they are so into their culture down here. The little kids who introduced us to their welcoming ceremony were intimidating!!
Then we went white water rafting and that was great! We went out to the bars quite a lot in Rotorua. I saw a rugby game but I still am so confused on the rules! We also went caving and had to repel down into the cave.
Dating made easy
That was sooooo scary but worth it. Apparently not only did the person who first found the cave free climb down the second part we repelled, but also his light went out a good way through. I am talking true darkness and zero light. After that day we went to do community work.
