Sue was great in helping us plan our holiday by suggesting places we could explore in Napier and Hastings with our 5 year old daughter. Breakfast time was amazing - Brian had so many interesting things to tell us, and we tucked away Sue's homemade muesli, muffins and crabapple jelly on toast.
The highlight of the trip for our daughter were their two labradors, who were so gentle and friendly with her. In summary, Sue and Brian truly went the extra mile to make our stay memorable! Sue is a very attentive and thoughful hostess and Brian highly entertaining; his Italian seems to be coming on in leaps and bounds. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Redcliffe Homestead, a lovely home impeccably renovated. Our hosts, Sue and Brian, were delightful and we enjoyed our conversations with them tremendously.
We opted for dinner our first night, which was prepared by Sue and was delicious. Sue pointed us to restaurants for other meals, a highlight being the HungerMonger in Napier.
