Great size. Staff were awesome. Helping with cooker issue. All accommodation features a kitchenette and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Perfect location, right across from the water. Super friendly and helpful staff! We were able to borrow a shovel and some towels for Hot Water Beach, and the manager gave me solid advice on the tides there, and when to go.
She also advised me on paying the road tolls right away, instead of waiting for the car rental company to charge me back.

Would stay there again without hesitation. Popular with guests booking beach hotels in Thames. It looks as great as it is inside. We were upgraded as the host thought we may be more comfortable in alternate room. Could see the beach from our room and loved walks on the beach. Highly recommend. Seaside setting close to a quaint ex-mining town, hurting a bit from covid I enjoyed the quiet area and closeness to the beach view and local township. Friendly staff and easy to get in and out of the property whenever we wanted.
Loved the many options for Sky Channels too. Great comfortable stay. Very spacious accommodation with tons of room for 3 of us. Very clean. Comfortable beds and excellent shower. Lived up to its name.

The management is really wonderful, so are all of the housegirls. They don't bang in the door early in the morning like some hotels. There is an open door policy for linen and towels. AAA Thames Court Motel strongly recommend that travel insurance is purchased to cover costs arising from unforeseen circumstances and changes in travel plans. Cancellations or amendments to bookings must be done in writing by email or phone. On line reservations require a valid credit card number in order to guarantee the booking. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the booked date incur no fee. After this time a charge will be incurred to the credit card held for the booking.
