Lovely birthday lunch - The Clareville Bakery

The bakery is very popular with locals and visitors. We stopped by to try the food after reading the good reviews. Ordered a selection of pies to takeaway. We were impressed as they were all yummy and fresh.

Their almond croissant was excellent too. Service was good, nice ambiance with huge parking lot. If you like good food, coffee and atmosphere then Clareville Bakery is the must visit. The fully fenced, shady outdoor space and play area were perfect for the kids to run free while we enjoyed our coffee and food. We arrived to a queue out the door. It moved very quickly and we got to see the bakers in action. There were plenty of tables inside and out and despite it being super busy we found one easily. Coffee had been delivered promptly.

The cabinet food looked delicious and I enjoyed a Mikeronut.

A taster size of the Cronuts available. Well worth the visit. Called in while out for a drive. Thought we would need to wait as it was busy but service was very good. Hot chocolate lacked a bit of taste but the other food was nice. Service was good and staff were proactive in clearing tables. Own or manage this property?     • Not Now. Visitor Posts. The scones have been getting smaller over the past six months, a fac I used to come in once a week after grocery shopping. The service by various staff has been lacking and now to top it off, the prices have gone up! Sorry, but I'm giving up visiting and will go elsewhere. Plus the scones don't appear to be fresh now - they look and taste more like they have been leftover and have spent time in the freezer awhile.
