I know there were some hiccups but they were very good at working them out very professional. Well planned. Showed the best of New Zealand.

Coach was nice and fairly new. The driver kept it very clean! We stayed in a lot of hotels along the way. Some very nice and some not as nice but still above average. The hotels in small towns were older but for the most part in good condition and clean. The Distinction in Christchurch set the standard! Food was also great for the most part. Bus driver, Ricky and tour director, Isobel were totally awesome.
Took very good care of us and kept us entertained! For the most part the hotel staff were very good. Very few glaciers terminate into lakes and even fewer of them are accessible.
